Torquil Montague-Johnstone After qualifying as a chartered accountant, Torquil spent a total of fifteen years in investment banking with Hambros bank, including three years in the Far East and then UBS. After five years in industry, he is now a professional investor who also devotes considerable time to charity. He has been a trustee since inception and became chairman in 2010. |

Nick Burrows Nick is a managing partner at Reading based law firm Blandy and Blandy. With over 20 years experience he now leads their Charity and Third Sector services. Nick joined the trustees in 2011. |

Kenneth McDiarmid FRICS Ken is the resident Land Agent for the Englefield Estate. He joined the trustees in 2006 and advises and supports the trust in all aspects of building and development. A chartered Surveyor managing agricultural, commercial and residential property. He is involved with a number of other charitable organisations. |

Andrew How Andy is Headteacher of Bradfield Southend Primary School and a diocesan inspector of church schools. His breadth of experience in the educational sector is invaluable. Andy joined the trustees in 2007. |
