| Environmental activities take children into the extensive grounds and woodlands. The hands on, exciting activities bring children into close contact with the natural world and develop a deeper understanding and appreciation of the countryside. Drama courses are run during the school holidays led by inspirational local practitioners. Ufton Adventure is our new ambitious project that aims to raise the aspirations of economically and socially disadvantaged children.

"I think Ufton Court's a really special place, it made future lessons more interesting, because I felt like I had lived in the past and experienced it, so history had a greater relevance and even a kind of magic."
"Now, I love history and I always think of it from the perspective I gained at Ufton Court. I remember it felt like the house belonged to us completely for that one weekend." Karen 23 years (having stayed at Ufton Court aged 9) |
