Booking Conditions for Schools

1. Dates offered can be held open for a maximum of 28 days. Dates and places cannot be secured until a booking form signed by the Headteacher plus payment in accordance with the conditions set out below, have been received and acknowledged by Ufton Court.

2. Fees charged will be those applicable on the date the school visit commences. Schools who pay in full in the previous fee year will have the guaranteed benefit of prices ruling at the time of payment.

3. A deposit of £250.00 per night is required within three weeks of booking. This can be extended to fit in with parents meetings or specific school requirements as long as the school keeps us fully informed and gives dates when the deposits will be paid.

4. Full payment must be received 21 days post visit.

5. Liability for loss, damage or injury is only accepted by the Ufton Court Educational Trust if resulting from negligence by the Ufton Court management or staff. Schools must take out their own school journey insurance. Schools insurance cover can be organised by Ufton Court through the administrator.

6. Any special dietary needs and medical conditions should be communicated to the administrator in writing, at least three weeks in advance.
