We’ve had a wonderful time, thankyou!’

Faith and Fun

‘There is so much space and Jude's programme was varied and creative helping us all to engage with matters of faith in a relaxed and reflective atmosphere. I came away feeling exhilerated and refreshed; a rare thing after a weekend away with students. I would thoroughly recommend this experience.' Vicki Gibson Head of Philosophy of Religion (The Abbey School – Reading)

Exploring the value of faith in the modern world.

This unit provides the opportunity for students of all ages to discuss and debate matters of faith in an interactive and exciting way. Using techniques including: forum theatre, P4C style facilitation and the inspirational natural beauty of the grounds at Ufton Court, students are given the space to stop and reflect, challenging them to think deeply about choices they make and any potential consequences to their actions.

Secondary Day Workshops

These workshops are individually tailored to enable students to become used to thinking together, in order to build a progressive dialogue exploring both ethical issues and religious concepts.

Secondary Weekend Retreats

Space to think

Allowing students time and space to enquire into their own beliefs,  starting from their own experiences.  A unique series of workshops,  which are designed to develop discussion, confidence, awareness and an enquiring mind.

Inspiration from Creation

Using the extensive grounds at Ufton Court, students are taken on a journey of ‘Reflection Stations’.  Due to the busy nature of everyday life, students don’t often get a chance to be still, reflect and think deeply.  Using stilling exercises to prepare and focus students we take them on a series of interactive stations, exploring questions such as:

Who or what God is to us?

What is a soul?

What makes us happy?

Primary Day Workshops

The day is planned in collaboration with the school. A pre visit can be made to ensure the day meets the specific needs of the group.

Using Forum Theatre and P4C style facilitation the day will include stimulating and original activities such as: drama, discussion, role play, games and presentation which will encourage your pupils to question, challenge, enquire and think deeply.
