A stunning and unique wedding venue for every season

Ufton Court is a beautiful Elizabethan Manor House, set in 16 acres of picturesque and secluded grounds.   Approached by a sweeping driveway lined with oak trees, the Ufton Court Manor house provides a magnificent backdrop to your wedding day.  This magical setting is extremely versatile and is the perfect venue for both small intimate weddings through to those requiring a sit down wedding breakfast for 140, and with addition of a marquee, that number can comfortably be expanded to 250.  You may choose to have your photographs taken within the formal gardens, the sunken garden or through the archway to our beautiful Tudor Knot garden.

 At Ufton Court we understand that every wedding is unique and we treat every bridal couple as individuals.  Our Wedding Coordinator is always on hand to answer any questions that arise at any time and to offer the personal attention given to every bride who comes to this magical place.   Our 3 preferred caterers pride themselves on Customer Care, and they would be delighted to talk to you about your ideas for your Reception dinner, be it 4 elegant courses, a BBQ or a hog roast.  And as we don’t charge corkage at Ufton Court your budget will stretch further and perhaps enable some unforgettable touches such as fireworks

Civil Ceremonies

Ufton Court is licensed to hold Civil Ceremonies, either in the stately Long Ceremony Room within the house (max 72 people), or in the romantic atmosphere of the Tithe Barn.

Winter Weddings at Ufton Court

During the months of October to April,Ufton Court sparkles like a jewel against the dark night skies. After your ceremony, wrap up venture into the gardens for memorable photographs, before retiring back to the comfort of the Reception Rooms. serve your guests warming mulled wine, or chilled sparkling champagne whilst they bask in the warmth of the fire in the Great Hall and enjoy the music being played in the Minstrels' Gallery. then lead your guests up a pathway lit by flaming torches to the magnificent Tithe Barn, to feast on a menu designed by you. Dance the evening away on the stone floor whilst surrounded by candles and fairy lights, and in December we also have a fantastic 15ft tree.

Summer Weddings

From May to October with the gardens and the choice of 2 terraces, Ufton Court is the perfect Summer Wedding venue.  After your ceremony serve drinks and canapés to your guests whilst your photographs are taken in the stunning grounds.  Opt for the intimacy of the Tithe Barn terrace Garden, perfect for family weddings with it’s enclosed walls and marquee, or impress your guests with the House Terrace overlooking the Walled garden, and the Knot Garden.  Whether you are looking for a relaxed day with a BBQ and games, a formal elegant tea party, or a traditional Reception,  Ufton Court is completely versatile.  For the ultimate wet weather plan you are welcome to hire the Reception Rooms for your Reception drinks.

Winter Weddings at Ufton Court Manor House

Those brides dreaming of a Winter Wedding may also wish to hire the three formal rooms for their exclusive use within the house, for their welcome drinks.   The stately Long Ceremony Room, the grand Great hall, with its magnificent open fire and Minstrels gallery, and the elegant Green drawing Room.  The perfect settings to greet your guests for chilled champagne after a ceremony on a cold winters day, before retiring to Tithe Barn for a sumptuous Wedding Feast, surrounded by candles and fairy lights.
