The Ufton Court Educational Trust is an innovative charity aiming to inspire and challenge children and young people using the remarkable house and grounds of Ufton Court.

Ufton Court is also available for hire for weddings and events to help fund the charitable activities. This stunning and unique manor house and tithe barn wedding venue is located near Reading, Berkshire on the Hampshire border.

What we do

Ufton provides children with day and residential experiences focusing on living history, the environment and personal development. We work with schools, youth groups and talented practitioners to provide dynamic, memorable and life changing opportunities.

Annual Ufton Dole Ceremony

More than 400 years of tradition will be followed on Maundy Thursday (29th March 2012) when Sir William Benyon hands out the dole, first given in 1581 by Lady Elizabeth Marvyn to thank villagers who helped her when she got lost.
